The TriVolt power band heaters can operate at sheath temperatures of up to 1300º F continuously depending on the diameter, width and application. The interior of the TriVolt Power Band heater are manufactured with ceramic tape, nichrome wire and high temperature cement.  The TriVolt Power Band heaters respond quickly to applications that require high temperatures and high watt densities (Watts per square inch). All the moisture is removed from the Power Band Heaters by their baking processor 850º F for 8 hours. Tri-Volt has included a small profile termination on the models PWB1 and PWB2 for those applications with restricted space.
All of the TriVolt Power Band Heaters are clamped down with an 18 gauge stainless steel strap to reassure there are no air gaps between the barrel and the heater which improves the band heaters conductive performance. Both the outer and inner shell are manufactured with 3042b stainless steel channel sheet metal providing a compressed process while forming the band heaters. The TriVolt Power Band Heaters are manufactured in a variety of electrical termination styles and can have holes for thermocouples or other reasons.

The Automatic Timing and Controls 175MU DIN Rail Mont MultiFunction Timer offers a universal supply voltage or 20-240 VAC (50/60) and 12-240 VDC along with 13 unique functions and 10 timing ranges with a single unit. The ATC 175MU features a slim, space saving design.  The ATC 175MU can be used in new applications as well as a drop in replacement for most DIN rail 17.5 mm industrial timers. The Multifunctionality allows a reduction of inventory. The Model 365A and #365A Vibraswitches empty a magnetic circuit opposed by inertial and adjustable spring forces in the actuation mechanism. Operation of the Vibraswitches is as follows:
The armature is constrained so as to respond to only one direction of movement by frictionless flexure pivot compost of two overlapping blocks and a leaf spring leaded in one direction to hold the blocks together.  The armature totals on the pivot being forced in one direction by the adjusting spring force and the other direction by the magnetic force.
Then the entire assembly is subjected to vibration perpendicular to the base, the peak acceleration times the effective mass of the rmatureproduces an inertial force, aided be the adjustable spring tending to pull the armature away from the stop pin and the restraining force of the magnet.  When the peak acceleration exceeds the set point level the armature leaves the stop pin, increasing the gap and decreasing the force with the armature continuing to move up until it reaches the latch magnet, actuating the switch during its upward travel.
RESET is done by depressing the RESET button or applying power to the electrical reset coil.

The Meltric DSN Switch Rated Receptacles and Plugs come with 4X protection (IP66/67). The switches are Switch (amps) and Horse Power (HP) rated. Th DSN plugs are compact and light weight and can come with up to 6 Auxiliary contacts.  Meltric DSN plugs and receptacles are UL 1682, UL 2682 (both UL 98 and 508 tested). CSA ratings are C22.2 No. 182.1 and IEC 60309-1.

The DSN 150 raises the bar for higher amperage pin and sleeve disconnects with SWITCH rated abilities.  Meaning the Meltric can be disconnect UNDER load! And can be the disconnect within sight of the work being performed, thus being NFPA 70 compliant! (As well as CSA Z462). In other words, the Meltric DSN 150 deContactor is a RATED DISCONNECT Switch. This switch rated ability reduces down time and cost; by as much as 50%. Meltric Makes It Safe and Easy!

Built-in Dual Ethernet Port
The VF-AS3 has an embedded Ethernet dual port adaptor that can
be used in the following Modbus TCP. The adaptor provides a set of
services at the Ethernet and TCP/IP level.
The dual Ethernet port adaptor offers an embedded Web server
which offers comfortable displaying and commissioning functions
directly from a standard web browser.
The VF-AS3 supports the following Automatic IP address assignment
via BOOTP and DHCP and Diagnostics and configuration via

integrated Web server.

Remote Sensor Monitoring
The sensor which is equipped in the machine and equipment, can be
connected with VF-AS3 and the status can be monitored by network
communication.

Web Server
The VF-AS3 has an embedded Web Server function, and it can be
easily accessed and manage the operating condition remotely from
your PC or Smart Phone/tablet devices. It can be monitored by
standard web browser without any special software.
The widgets can be customized easily. The integrated web server is
ideally suited for applications in which no special software or version
dependencies are desired.

The output terminal signal can be used as machine operation,
pattern operation, and my function in the drive.

Multi pump control – maximum 10 pumps
The VF-AS3 can drive multiple pump motors (maximum ten pumps) and save the power of
water pump system by controlling each pump appropriately, realizing great cost reduction.
Each pump is connected to commercial power via magnetic contactor which is controlled by
relay output signal of the drive.
There are 3 relay output terminals on the drive. Furthermore, two I/O extensions can be
inserted to the drive. Each I/O extension has 3 relay output terminals, and thus a maximum of
9 relay output terminals can be used.
